The safety of our employees, customers, and fellow tradesmen is exceptionally important to us throughout the life of any project. We have developed a culture that promotes an injury-free environment and provides the safest workplace possible. Starr Electric is committed to a drug-free workplace. You and your family expect you to come home safely … so do we.

We are dedicated to elevating the standards for safety through regular training in OSHA standards (30 hours), job site audits and preventative measures, and outside safety consultants who ensure our compliance. Training is available in both English and Spanish.

In addition, we provide a written safety orientation manual for all new hires, forklift training, excavation training, and first aid and CPR training.
