Within SE C's culture of craftsman and builders, we know that drawings are just the first steppingstone toward a completed construction project. Our designers stay in sync with our project managers and superintendents to make sure project tasks are prioritized appropriately and critical path RFls and submittal approvals don't sit waiting until day 13.

Many of our clients must find the balance between the upside of an earlier operational date and allowing time to fully develop manufacturing strategies to best compete in marketplaces with evolving technologies. For those who are not yet prepared to make a full commitment to a design-build contract and are looking for help exploring their options, we recommend design-decide. In this arrangement Starr provides full design and pre-construction consultancy services paired cost-estimating. We can partner with general contractors, developers, architects and other stakeholders to help end-users explore their options.

From audio-video to telecommunications, ranging from fire alarm to lightning protection, we self-perform infrastructure installation and manage trusted teams of specialty subcontractors to cover a breadth of project scopes. This approach consolidates design and installation work to help maximize pre-fabrication while also mitigating rework and delays due to inefficiencies in communication or contracting.
